Return & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
You must notify us prior to mailing a return, our return address is different from what's listed on website. Notification should be made in writing using only the “Contact Us” form on our website. The items you send must be tracked, fully insured, Adult signature required and must clearly display customer's name and a return address.
To return an item, please contact us in writing and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and address to ship the item. After receiving a RMA number and our return address, please pack item in padded pak followed by small box and the whole small box put in a medium box with tape. Make sure box is difficult to open and get receipt when you hand over the package to them. The box should not say words like diamond or jewelry outside. The items shipped with a tracker to ensure safe delivery of product must be sent back with the tracker. The tracker should not be altered in any way.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Items which you ship to us are subject to a full inspection, if this inspection shows that the item is not what we sent, unauthentic or damaged we will notify you of our findings and the items you sent will be returned to you without an obligation for reimbursement.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. If for whatever reason the item you send is damaged in transit, you must raise this issue with the carrier. Shipment without insurance which arrive damaged or lost will not be entitled to compensation and will subsequently be returned to the sender. Orders once placed can not be canceled.
Once we receive your shipment, we will notify you via email unless the shipment does not contain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Products which are returned to us are subject to inspection, this procedure involves ensuring that the correct product has been returned, as well as ensuring the item is fully intact.
Should any concerns arise regarding the inspection of your items, you will be contacted before an outcome is decided upon. If you do not respond or are unavailable, we may return the item to you without reaching an outcome.
Claims of loss, damage or tampering are wholly and solely between the customer and the carrier, if you suspect that your item was lost, damaged, or tampered with in transit you should contact the carrier who was in the care of the item you sent.
