WOW, WOW John has been amazing. I have bought 3 items now with him and all pieces have been exactly per specs we discussed in designing the items. All 3 pieces were custom and flawlessly created. This eternity band in the picture was a custom creation and one for valentines day. He had this ready and created in a time crunch that had it at my door (aprox 7 days or less) day before we left for getaway AWESOME work John. They are Super easy to work with over the phone via text or call always answering texts pretty timely. Now YES at first I was like all here worried a bit, but thats were Credit card protection comes in. As long as you have a great company well they will not flinch generally in getting refunded with a little work. So that said I felt at ease plus the website never went down as if they were on the run. As I sated before I have used Harry Chad 3 times now and spent a considerable amount of money and nowhere have I found yet as good as them with great pricing or quality that he offers in your budget.
